Sales, installation and repair under one roof — so the system that saves you money on day one is still saving it five years from now.
Air-source heat pumps sized for your home and supplied at affordable, honest pricing. We replace your electric geyser with a system that heats water for a fraction of the cost — cylinder, brackets, insulation and electrical Certificate of Compliance included.
Heat pump not heating, tripping the breaker or frosting up? We diagnose and repair all major heat pump brands across Montana and greater Pretoria, from gas top-ups and compressor faults to controller and fan replacements.
A heat pump only saves money when it runs efficiently. Our annual service plan cleans coils and filters, checks the anode and element, and verifies pressures — protecting your manufacturer warranty and your monthly bill.
12 months on every installation, in writing.
Legacy Air is a Montana-based heat pump team, not a call centre. You deal directly with the people who assess, quote and install your system — and who stand behind it afterwards.
A written quote before we start, with no day-of surprises. If a repair is the smarter spend, we say so instead of selling you a new unit.
Correct sizing, insulated copper lines, sealed penetrations, a Certificate of Compliance and warranty registration on every install.
We are based in Montana and work Pretoria North and East daily. The people who quote your job are the people who do it — and who come back if you call.
Annual servicing, honest diagnostics and spare-part support for the life of the system. Your heat pump stays efficient long after handover.
Precision in every joint. Legacy in every install.
Every Legacy Air installation is pressure-tested, insulated, labelled and documented — the standard we would want in our own homes in Montana.
Heat pumps are matched to your hot-water demand, not the size of your house. Tell us how many people live there and we'll recommend the smallest system that keeps up comfortably — that is where the real saving comes from.
Compact outdoor unit and cylinder — the quickest way to cut water-heating costs in a smaller home.
The most popular retrofit size in Pretoria — a straight swap for a standard 150L electric geyser.
Comfortable hot water for two bathrooms with the lowest running cost per litre in the range.
High-capacity hot water for busy households, with a heavy-duty unit built for daily demand.
Savings compare a heat pump with a standard electric element geyser. Actual savings depend on household usage, insulation and outside temperature.
Not sure which size? Send us a photo of your current geyser on WhatsApp and we'll tell you exactly which unit fits — free, no obligation.

Most of our work in Montana comes from word of mouth. Here is what homeowners and landlords tell us afterwards.
“Our geyser was costing a fortune every month. Legacy Air sized us a 200L heat pump, installed it neatly in a day and our electricity bill dropped immediately. Tidy work, fair price.”
“The heat pump stopped heating on a Friday and they were here on the Monday. Found the fault, explained it plainly and had us running again the same visit. Professional from start to finish.”
“We replaced the cylinders at two rental units in Magalieskruin. Clear quotes, CoC for each property and no mess left behind. I now use Legacy Air for all maintenance.”
Everything Pretoria homeowners ask us before booking an installation or repair.
